"As per our telephonic discussion regarding the Campus Drive at “Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology” for “Trainee-Software Engineer” hiring, please find the details on the same below:
Ø  The criteria for the students to be attending the interview will be 2011 fresher’s to be passed with more than 65% and plus aggregate marks with streams from Computer Science, IT and ECE.
Ø  The package will be 2 lakhs per annum with 24 months bond. The bond will have a surety signature for 1Lakh in case they violate the 24 months bond.
Ø  The candidates will be undergoing appraisal process after the completion of 18 months with the organisation.
Ø  Work location: CompuGain Hyderabad Office.

FAQ
Q1. Please explain the Bond clauses (more clearly).
A1. All selected students will have to sign a 24Months Bond. 
There will not be any payment from the student during the bond signing. 
IF the student violates the 24Months Bond, THEN the student has to pay 1Lakh to the company. 
This 1Lakh will be the Training Cost which the Company has incurred on the student.
There will be a salary revision after 18Months.
Q2. What documents should I carry for the Recruitment Process?
A2. Please carry Xerox copies of all your academic certificates, 2 copies of resume and 2 passport-size photographs. Please remember to carry your College I-card.
Carry a Examination Board also. The written examination is most likely to be held in the Auditorium.
Q3. What is the dress-code for the Recruitment Process?
A3. Please be dressed in formal wear. Boys are expected to wear a tie with the collar buttoned and be clean shaven.
Q4. How many colleges are participating?
A4. Kiit, Driems and Kist. Approx 200-250 students will participate.
Q5. What are the Bus Timings for this Recruitment Drive?

Cocubes Mphasis Not for KIST.

FAQ
Q1. Why we cant appear for Mphasis Recruitment Drive?
A1. The process involved here is as follows - 
  1. Cocubes gives the list of colleges associated with them to their Partners. Here the Partner is Mphasis.
  2. Mphasis shortlists colleges from this list.
  3. These colleges are notified about the Recruitment interest from Mphasis.
Q2. What criteria was used to shortlist the colleges?
A2. No Idea (Don't say 'Get Idea'). They have not specified the criteria. From the list of colleges they have short-listed, it looks very random.
Q3. Which colleges have been short-listed?
A3. Learn something useful if you want to improve your GK. Please don't waste time with useless information.
Q4. Which company will come next through Cocubes?
A4. Refer to first line of Q2. When we get information regarding this we will pass it on to the students. All students registered with Cocubes will be notified by Cocubes.
Q5. Any Suggestions.
A5. Go to Cocubes and click on each of their Partners (like Aricent, Patni, CMC, etc) and click on "Follow". This will keep you updated on what the company is doing in terms of Recruitment. It is also possible that if a company sees that a lot of students from a particular college are 'Follow"ing them, it will give them a positive idea about the college and its students. They MIGHT base this as one of the reasons while shortlisting a college for Recruitment.

Synergy Technology Services will be conducting their Recruitment Process at our campus on the 11th of April. 
This Recruitment Process will be similar to the Syntel Recruitment Process. The written test online will be held in our college and the PI venue will be notified later so that all selected students can gather at that place.

Duties and Responsibilities
- A solar engineer plans, executes and documents project work according to given objectives.
- He visualizes and performs tests under supervision of a project manager to reach given project objectives
- Such experimental work may include substrate cleaning, coating, printing, thermal evaporation, device encapsulation, and device testing
- He has to collect, analyze and arrange data in a proper format on a daily basis
- He has to maintain laboratory notebooks and logs in accordance with company’s policies and legal requirements
- He has to prepare and submit technical reports, help in making project progress reports and present progress as determined by the project manager
- He is responsible for the general maintenance of laboratory and electronics equipment
- He must also regularly monitor supplies and inventory, and keep the stocks full.
- Safety procedures must be followed while testing and handling chemicals.
Skills and Specifications
- Good communication skills both written and verbal is important written and in English
- He must be able to participate in and contribute towards technical discussions or issues
- He must be innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
