System Analyst requirement for Fresher’s
The Systems Analyst/Developer position requires strong business skills and would be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and occasionally modifying systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support application systems.
The incumbent will consult with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
The incumbent will also be responsible for writing documentation to describe custom configuration of applications and operating procedures to liaison with 3rd party application development consultants.

Job Description
  •  Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
  •  Provide technical expertise in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing Microsoft based systems.
  • Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of our Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge systems
  • Assist in troubleshooting software application issues.
  • Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
  • Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
  • Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology.
  • Provide minor programming for some in-house IT projects.
  • Provide SQL administration in live and test environments.
  • Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the IT network team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the Project Manager.
  • Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.

Mindfire Solutions On-Campus Recruitment

Mindfire will be visiting on 25th May for the Written Test. Shortlisted Candidates list will be declared after your exams and PI date will be notified to you as and when we are informed about the same.

Greetings from Mindfire Solutions !!
As discussed, we will be interested in visiting your campus for a recruitment drive for the 2011 pass-out candidates. As per your requirement below are the details which will help you understand the process in a better way.
The eligibility criteria is as follows :
  1. BE/B.Tech/MCA candidates having 65% marks throughout career with exemption in any one exam.
  2. For Graduation candidates ( B.E / B.Tech ) the branches/streams eligible are Information technology, Computer science and Electronics only.
Requisite Skills :
  • Sharp minds, strong fundamentals in computers.
  • Ability to learn, attitude to win.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a desire to excel.
  • Ability to work in a heterogeneous environment.  
Compensation :
Selected candidates will draw a gross salary of Rs 20,000 per month. The in-hand salary will be the net amount resulting after the tax deductions, as applicable, on the gross amount.
Apart from this they will also be eligible for a Success Sharing Bonus of Rs 10,000. This is an annual payout and is entirely based on Individual, Team and Organization performance.
We also have other components to our offer amounting to Rs 24,000 PA.
The net CTC is Rs 3,08,300. The exact break up will be shared with the final selected candidates.


FAQ
Q1. Please explain the Eligibility Criteria
A1. All students appearing for the Mindfire Written Test 
(i) Should be from one of the following branches - CSE, AEI or ETC.
(ii)And the student should have secured 65% in either 10th or 12th.
Q2. What are the Bus Timings on 25th May?
A2. 2 Buses will leave from Kalpana @ 10AM plying through the NH5 only.
Q3. When will the exam commence?
A3. The HR will leave from their office around 10:15AM as per their mail. Ideally, the exam should start around 11:15AM.
Q4. Suggestions--
A4. They have conducted recruitments in various colleges and in some colleges they have picked up a fairly good number. It is heard that they change their Question Papers for every campus visit. Some Question Papers have a C/C++ Section, some don't. Mindfire will be visiting NMIET on the 24th, so if you have friends there, please do get in touch with them about the nature of the test and duration.
** I will be sending an SMS to those that are eligible as per my "incomplete/inconsistent" database. If you are eligible and have not received my SMS, you can still appear for the written test.
