Other points I learnt from my conversation with the HR are as follows - 

• The 4 month project new recruits work on is the BPL Card Database Administration.
• After that they will be moved to the UAID Project. (Please do a google on both these cards)
• They are not very keen on taking career students BUT they may make an exception if the candidate is keen to join the company.
• 8250 per month during the 4 months of training. After that increment.
• During the PPT, the HR explained very throughly the project they work on.
• He will be impressed by students who know about the UAID and BPL cards.
• Candidates will need to have knowledge on SQL and DBA.

I would strongly recommend this company for the non-career students who prefer to stay in Orissa.
The joining will be in 1 week after you get your Offer Letters. (In July itself)
