As per telecon we had with you today, we are planning to conduct campus interview at your campus, kindly organize interview at your campus on 2nd July 2011, and organize for the travel and stay as accordingly to the undersigned.
Designation : Assistant District Officer
Company Introduction Time : 10.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.
Written Test on technical focused on System and Administration.
Personnel Interview.
The selected candidates will be placed on trial project maximum of 4 months on a short time project in Jharkhand and Orissa with a gross salary of Rs. 8250/- per month, based on the performance and attitude of the candidates they will be assigned to the next projects.

Other points I learnt from my conversation with the HR are as follows -
- The 4 month project new recruits work on is the BPL Card Database Administration.
- After that they will be moved to the UAID Project. (Please do a google on both these cards)
- They are not very keen on taking career students BUT they may make an exception if the candidate is keen to join the company.
- 8250 per month during the 4 months of training. After that increment.
- During the PPT, the HR explained very throughly the project they work on.
- He will be impressed by students who know about the UAID and BPL cards.
- Candidates will need to have knowledge on SQL and DBA.
I would strongly recommend this company for the non-career students who prefer to stay in Orissa.
The joining will be in 1 week after you get your Offer Letters. (In July itself)
BUS TIMINGS -
Bus will leave from Kalpana @ 8:30AM.
